I was invited to edit a special episode of the PS I Love Me Podcast, hosted by the talented Life & Transformation Coach Lynda Williams.
Her podcast emphasises the importance, especially for ambitious, high-achieving women to find and maintain self-care, self-worth and even love. The episode I worked on had leading fitness trainer and expert Melannie Mulholland on as the guest. Melannie provides insights on how women can not just survive, but thrive through mid-life hormonal transitions by understanding their bodies, embracing strength training, while improving overall nutrition. From following your personal cycle and cortisol to eating more protein, a truly honest, in-depth discussion is shared between Lynda and Melannie in this episode. I am very proud with the final outcome of this episode and the series it belongs to.
